商品のお届け時期 / Shipping Policy
初回の購読申込後、5営業日以内に発送致します。２回目の発送は毎月１５日前後に行います。
After the initial subscription request, we will ship the product within 5 business days. Subsequent shipments will occur around the 15th of each month.
商品の返品 / Return Policy
受領した商品に不備・不具合等があるかないかに関係なく、次のi.～iii.のすべてを満たす場合に限り、お客様都合により返品できます。
i. 未開梱、未開封であること
ii. 商品到着後8日以内に上記「問い合わせ先」宛にメールで連絡すること
iii. i.のお客様が当社へ連絡した日から数えて３０日以内に、送料をお客様負担の上、当社が指定する住所に商品を返送すること
Returns can only be made due to customer reasons if all of the following conditions are met, regardless of any defects or issues with the received product:
i. The product is unopened and in its original packaging.
ii. You must contact us via email at the "Mail Address" within 8 days of receiving the product.
iii. The product must be returned to the address specified by us within 30 days from the date the customer contacted us, with shipping costs borne by the customer.
